Discover your own "why.
In September 2009, the then unknown Simon Sinek began his TED Talk somewhat hesitantly. He drew three circles on a board, the golden circle, and began an inspired talk about successful leadership. It would later become one of the most successful and most watched TED Talks, with more than 60 million viewers.
According to Simon Sinek, everything starts with the question "why?
If you yourself do not know why you are doing something, it is very difficult to get yourself, let alone others excited about it. It's about leadership, how to market things, but also about your inner "why," perhaps the most interesting part. Why do you do something?
Also in his book "Start with WHY," Sinek encourages readers to discover and embrace their own "why" as the key to personal growth, successful leadership and loyalty.
