Moderately low-carb, because it ignores the modern, manufactured carbohydrates (plain bread, white rice, pasta, everything made with flour and sugar) and uses only the fiber-rich, unprocessed carbohydrates, such as vegetables and fruits, chickpeas, lentils, quinoa, ...
