Note: salmon, ham and feta

Basic
5 eggs
30 g cream
Filling
60 g broccoli florets
20 g fresh herbs: dill, chives, leaf parsley ...
1 tomato
Finishing
1 slice of salmon
1 slice of ham
feta
Needed: a baking tin or silicone baking pan with pre-formed molds
Cut the broccoli florets very finely; use only the florets. Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the juice and seeds. Cut the flesh into cubes. Mix with the broccoli and pour in a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs together with the cream. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Finely chop the herbs.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Divide the vegetables among all the molds. Divide the feta over 2 molds, the salmon over 2 molds and the ham over 2 molds. Now add the fresh herbs. Finish with some more feta, salmon and ham in the respective molds.
Pour the egg mixture into the molds.
Place in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked.
