Cookie policy of the Pascale Naessens app

This document informs Users about the technologies that allow this App 'Pascale Naessens' to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Owner to access and store information over time (e.g., by using a Cookie or Tracker) or use tools (e.g., by running a script) on a User's device while interacting with this App.

To keep things simple, all of these technologies are referred to as "Trackers" in this document – unless there is a reason to differentiate. Certain purposes for which Trackers are installed also require the User's consent. After giving permission, it can always be freely revoked according to the instructions in this document.

This App uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (so-called first-party Trackers) and Trackers for the provision of services offered by third parties (so-called Third-Party Trackers). Unless otherwise specified in this document, third-party vendors have access to Trackers they manage. The validity periods and expiry periods of first-party Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the lifespan set by the Owner or the relevant supplier. Some of these expire after the end of the User's browsing session. In addition to what is indicated in the descriptions in each of the categories below, Users can find more precise and up-to-date information about the lifetime specification, as well as any other relevant information – such as the presence of other Trackers – in the linked privacy policies of the relevant third-party providers or by contacting the Owner.

Manage preferences and give or withdraw consent

There are several ways to manage preferences regarding Trackers and, where applicable, to give or withdraw consent:

Users can manage Tracker preferences directly from their own device settings, for example by preventing Trackers from being saved.

In addition, where the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users may give or withdraw such consent by setting their preferences in the cookie notice or by updating these preferences via the relevant consent preference privacy widget, if available.

It is also possible to delete previously stored Trackers, including Trackers used to store the User's initial consent preferences, via targeted browser or device features.

Other Trackers in the browser's local memory can be cleared by deleting the browsing history.

With respect to Third-Party Trackers, Users may manage their preferences through the related opt-out link (if any), by using the means indicated in the third party's privacy policy, or by contacting the third party.

Find tracker settings

For example, users can find information on how to manage Cookies in the most commonly used browsers at the following addresses:

Users can also control certain categories of Trackers used in mobile apps by opting out ("opt-out") through the relevant device settings, such as the device's advertising settings for mobile devices or tracking settings in general (Users can access the device settings and search for the relevant setting).

How to Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising

Regardless of the above, Users may also follow the instructions of YourOnlineChoices (EU and UK), the Network Advertising Initiative (USA) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (USA), DAAC (Canada), DDAI (Japan) or other similar services. Through these initiatives, Users can indicate their tracking preferences for most advertising tools. The Owner recommends that Users make use of this tool in addition to the information provided in this document.

The Digital Advertising Alliance has an app called AppChoices that allows Users to manage interest-based advertising in mobile apps.

Consequences of refusing the use of Trackers

Users are free to decide whether or not to consent to the use of Trackers. Please note, however, that Trackers help this App to provide Users with a better experience and advanced functionalities (in accordance with the purposes set out in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may not be able to provide related features.
