Hello, I am Annelies and as a hypnotherapist and nutritionist, I am happy to guide you for 8 weeks, online, with the Hypnolight method.

The Hypnolight method is based on four pillars:
1. Awareness: together we map your current eating, living and exercise patterns and examine which habits no longer suit you. By gaining insight into your triggers and behaviors, we lay the foundation for change.
2. Mindset: hypnosis plays a central role in my approach. With this we tackle the root causes of obesity and/or unhealthy eating habits. It helps you let go of old patterns and make room for a new, positive mindset.
3. Nutrition advice : we go for an attainable healthy diet that fits your life, supports your body and gives you energy.
4. Exercise: achievable steps towards sufficient exercise not only ensure weight loss, but also contribute to a healthier and more energetic life.

A special part of my method (if it is appropriate for the client) is the virtual gastric band, a powerful hypnosis technique that "programs" the brain, so to speak, to experience a feeling of fullness with smaller portions.
Together with the 2 customized hypnosis MP3s, which you listen to daily during the first few weeks, this approach helps you build new habits and achieve your goals.

With the Hypnolight method, you learn to listen to your body's signals again and build a healthy relationship with food. In this way, you give yourself the opportunity to lose weight in a gentle, gradual way, stay at a healthy weight forever, and go through life lighter, more energetic and healthier as a result!
