How do you make garlic sauce?
Garlic sauce
- 1 protein
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar
- avocado oil (see tip)
- 1⁄2 lime (juice)
Take a long measuring cup. Put in the egg white, garlic, cream, mustard and white balsamic vinegar. Mix with a hand blender until everything is well blended. Now add the avocado oil in a thin stream until you have the desired amount of sauce. Season to taste with the lime juice, salt and pepper.
Tip: avocado oil
We use a neutral oil that is also light in color so that we get a nice white sauce. Olive oil is less suitable because it is very decisive for the flavor and turns the sauce yellow. Use as much oil as necessary, just like mayonnaise.
