Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients and knead in the butter.
Then add the eggs and vinegar.
Knead into a dough. Make balls of the dough and place them on buttered paper in a baking dish. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds (if desired).
Bake the balls for 20 min in a preheated oven at 180 °C.

Tip: sodium bicarbonate
Sodium bicarbonate is a mineral salt also known as baking soda or baking soda. It used to be commonly used in home pharmacies to restore acid-base balance. But sodium bicarbonate is also used as a raising agent in pastries. Note that it only works if you add something acidic to the recipe, in this case cider vinegar.
