Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Put three-fourths of the tomatoes in a baking dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Halve the rest of the tomatoes.
  3. Divide the arugula and basil among the plates. Top with the cooked and raw tomatoes and place a scoop of burrata in the center.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and pour plenty of olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar over the lettuce, tomatoes and burrata.
