Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Put three-fourths of the tomatoes in a baking dish and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Halve the rest of the tomatoes.
- Divide the arugula and basil among the plates. Top with the cooked and raw tomatoes and place a scoop of burrata in the center.
- Season with salt and pepper and pour plenty of olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar over the lettuce, tomatoes and burrata.
