Preparation

Finely chop the garlic and fresh herbs.
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and spoon out the flesh. Put them in a bowl and mash with some lemon juice, the garlic and the finely chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Keep some seasoning aside for the finish.
Arrange the guacamole on a plate and sprinkle the shrimp on top.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
