600 g minced lamb
2 Tomatoes
3 Onions
4 tablespoons Tomato puree, concentrated
30 g Leaf parsley
3 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Harissa

Preparation:
Finely chop the onions, garlic and parsley. Knead through the minced meat along with the tomato paste, harissa, cumin, pepper and salt.
Spoon the minced meat into a baking dish and smooth the top. Cut the tomatoes into half-inch slices, remove the white hard part and place on top of the minced meat.
Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator.
When the guests are there:
Pour some olive oil over the dish and tomatoes and put in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
