Preparation
Cut the figs into quarters, but note, not all the way to the bottom!
Take two fireproof bowls and place the figs in them. Fold them open at the top and fill them with ricotta.
Sprinkle with the flaked almonds and place in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Tip!
The figs must be ripe and blood red inside. Unripe figs have no flavor! The season runs from September to November.
