TIP: SUITABLE FOR DESSERT OR BREAKFAST?

This recipe contains no added sugar, making it suitable for breakfast. But that doesn't mean it's sugar-free: the chocolate you use also contains quite a bit of sugar, even those with 70% cocoa. Moreover, oatmeal is high in carbohydrates, and carbohydrates are converted into glucose in your body. Therefore, I do not recommend this dish for breakfast for people who have blood sugar problems. However, for children and adults who can use a lot of energy, it is an excellent choice.

For breakfast, it's best to cut the cake into squares, while for dessert you can cut them into a pie slice. Ideal as a take-home lunch, kids love it too.
