Preparation
Blend the eggs with the basil in a blender until the egg mixture turns green. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the broccoli florets for 3 to 4 minutes al dente (or softer, as you prefer) in some olive oil with a splash of water.
Pour the egg mixture into an ovenproof dish and place the broccoli florets in it. Slice the mozzarella and arrange them between the broccoli. Put the tart in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
