1. Concept of the competition

The contest is organized by Lannoo Publishers. Participants who (publicly) post a personalized cover on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #Chezpascalecovercontest and mentioning the tags @pascalenaessens and @publisherijlannoo, can participate in the contest from 28/08/2023 through 15/10/2023.

The three entries chosen by Pascale as the most beautiful cover will receive an exclusive Chez Pascale package worth €150. A package includes a print of the winning cover signed by Pascale Naessens, and a package from Serax and RainPharma.

2. Running time and timing contest

The contest will run from 28/08/2023 through 15/10/2023, 11:59 pm. Winners will be notified by Lannoo Publishers.

The contest is open to all persons except employees of Lannoo Publishing (they can participate but cannot win). You can only participate between the above times. You may enter the contest once. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be taken into account. Late entries will not be declared admissible and are therefore not eligible for the award of the prize. Winners will be notified via their social accounts. Their names may also be listed on our blog, Instagram and Facebook page afterwards.

3. Prices

The three entries chosen by Pascale as the most beautiful cover will receive an exclusive Chez Pascale package worth €150. A package includes a print of the winning cover signed by Pascale Naessens, and a package from Serax and RainPharma.

Prizes awarded are not convertible into cash or other goods or services. Likewise, reselling the prize is not permitted.

4. Contest participation

You can participate in the contest by creating a personalized cover of Chez Pascale with your photo and your name. (How to make this one can be read at https://purepascale.com/gepersonaliseerde-cover). Post your cover on Facebook and/or Instagram with the hashtag #Chezpascalecovercontest and mentioning the tags @pascalenaessens and @publisherijlannoo.

Participation in this competition implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. All situations not expressly provided for by these rules will be settled sovereignly by the organizers. Publisher Lannoo reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten or withdraw all or part of the contest if circumstances so require. The organizers cannot be held liable for this. Printing, spelling, typesetting or other errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever.

5. Determining the winners

Winners will be selected on 17/10/2023. Winners will be notified personally via Lannoo Publishers. The winners have until 31/10/2023 (after the personal notification via socials) to respond. If Uitgeverij Lannoo does not receive a response after that day, a new winner will be selected and the first winner will no longer be entitled to his/her prize.
Late entries will not be declared admissible and are therefore not eligible for the award of the prize.

6. Awarding of prizes.

Lannoo Publishers cannot be held responsible for the possible default of a partner with regard to the delivery of the prize or with regard to defects and shortcomings in the prize. Uitgeverij Lannoo is not obliged, if the supplier is in default of handing over the prize or providing another prize.

7. Privacy

When (publicly) sharing your personalized cover, you agree to Meta's privacy policy (Facebook and Instagram; https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/). Your personalized cover may also be used in communications about the winners via Pascale Naessens' socials.

8. Additional condition

Neither Facebook nor Instagram can be held liable , nor do they manage the contest and sponsorship.
